Easily connect Esri’s ArcGIS for Desktop to Ingres 10S and visualize geospatial contents from your database. Read/write support allows users to create maps, explore and edit spatial data within ArcGIS. Ingres 10S also supports the open source Quantum GIS desktop software, and GIS desktop software that use GDAL/OGR and GeoTools libraries.
